“Big doors swing on little hinges” is a common metaphor used to describe the goal of quantum health. Last year, when explaining quantum health, I used this colloquial definition quite a bit. At that time, I was especially interested in understanding redox, which can be thought of as the balance of:
(yes, these are all different ways of exploring very similar concepts) More in my recent post: 💬 What do you mean when you say quantum?Published on June 14, 2025 The evolution of language and making space for the scientific and the woo

What would Planck say about quantum biology?I think Planck, the founder of quantum physics, would challenge many of these new ideas coming out of the interdisciplinary inquiries of quantum mechanics and biology—at least initially—because that’s what he did in life when people built upon his concepts. But, ultimately, I think he would be glad to find his work being applied to concrete problems and mysteries in that field. I also don’t think he would outright curse the more “woo” directions the word quantum is simultaneously going. In his own words: "As a man who has devoted his whole life to the most clear headed science, to the study of matter, I can tell you as a result of my research about atoms this much: There is no matter as such. All matter originates and exists only by virtue of a force which brings the particle of an atom to vibration and holds this most minute solar system of the atom together. We must assume behind this force the existence of a conscious and intelligent spirit [orig. geist]. This spirit is the matrix of all matter."

A quantum lens on pregnancy, birth, postpartum and life. We prioritize circadian health and reduce the risk factors for complications. Parents and practitioners welcome.
Hi everyone, I just wrote a piece on the connections between light (infrared, UV, plus the light/dark cycle in general) and anemia. The post also made clear how the work I am doing inside my Quantum Anemia series relates to Morley Robbins’ Root Cause Protocol (RCP), and announced my upcoming live class. To summarize what I’ve learned about light and anemia: Supplementation strategies for anemia could be improved by considering broader aspects of the blood cell cycle. This light-based approach...
Hi Reader, When clients don’t have the results they are expecting, I often stumble into anxiety as the root. It doesn’t mean we can’t work together or that they are broken… it’s just another layer to be supported with the quantum techniques we use for everything else. I’m finding anxiety to be increasing—a trend supported by the data which also notes increased levels of anxiety year over year. This is why I’m excited to be collaborating with my friend and colleague Dr. Kelli Ritter. She...
Sleep can look a lot of ways. If you feel frustrated by not being able to sleep the way you want to, I invite you to explore circadian rhythms and the nuances of circadian polyphasic and monophasic pattens. What is circadian polyphasic sleep? It is not uberman or everyman or any patterns that aim to get by on minimal sleep volume through artificially contrived patterns. Instead, it’s understanding how sleep architecture naturally changes based on the inputs of light, food, social activities...
